Safety 1st to ensure your stay is awesome

YOUR PERSONAL PRIVACY

As our guest, your personal privacy is very important to us. Each suite has a secure locking door, and we encourage you to keep your room locked at all times. We will only enter your room for housekeeping purposes if requested. We are not responsible for any missing items during your stay.
Codes for the main door and your suite will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.

NON REGISTERED GUESTS

People who are not registered as guests are not permitted on site. We need to know who is here at all times to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. Under no circumstances are non-registered guests allowed in the guest suites and are not permitted into the B&B. This is our private home and need to know exactly who is on premise at all times.
Outdoor security cameras are in place for your safety

FIRE SAFETY

Because we are located in a remote location, we do not allow burning candles or live flames indoors - our fire station is volunteer only
To ensure everyone's enjoyment & to adhere to our insurance requirements no smoking or vaping on site
Each suite is equipped with it's own fire extinguisher
Please obey any and all fire restrictions on the Bruce Peninsula

FOOD

Please respect our home and do not bring any food into your suite. A dining table is available in the common area, outdoor bistro tables are also available if you are BBQ'ing or bringing in take out. We live in a forested, rural area and food will attract bugs, mice and the odd bear! Seriously!
Each suite has space in the refrigerator provided to store any cold beverages or snacks etc.

OUR LOCATION

We're built on a cliff! The nature of our location requires that guests act responsibly when out of doors of the property and understand the inherent danger of being too close to the cliffs' edge. Please do not approach the cliffs edge for any reason!

It is inherent for us to ensure you feel safe and secure when staying with us. We are confident that our cleaning steps will make your stay comfortable.

We take pride in providing cleaning and sanitation procedures that comply with

Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Public Health Ontario and those recommended by accommodation industry experts. We do our very best to avoid any cleaning products that contain heavy fragrances.

Some things to expect -

Sanitizer is provided
Added housekeeping is available for stays 3 nights or longer. If you are staying with us for more than 3 nights, we will chat about how you would like us to handle your housekeeping needs
No keys are required - all doors have key pads, the codes are provided to you via text the day of your arrival
Check out is touchless, our system automatically processes any additional charges - nothing for you to do
Common area is cleaned 1x daily
We are Food Safety Certified

As our guest we ask that you do your part to minimize risks by:

Wash your hands & use the hand sanitizer provided regularly during your stay
Covid-19 Cancellations - If government advises that we cannot be open due to Covid19 you will be refunded what you have paid. If you are asked to quarantine because you have come into contact with someone with Covid-19, a credit for a future stay will be provided.
If you have a positive Covid-19 test and need to cancel, we will need proof of the positive test in order process your refund.
